Their aromatherapy benefits cannot be disputed -the Lavender is heavenly. They are very easy to heat in the micro wave and just ENJOY! The only thing that was lacking from the seller was the way the item was jammed in the box, no further packaging. I've purchased this same item prior to this, and it came in a sleeve of material.
